Notice

The General Meeting is Nordnet's supreme decision-making body. The notice to attend the General Meeting shall be made by advertising in the Official Swedish Gazette [Post- och Inrikes Tidningar] and on the corporate website. An announcement that the notice has been made shall be published in Svenska Dagbladet. The notice shall be published six weeks at the earliest and four weeks at the latest ahead of the general meeting.
